Chopped
Cooking Thai green curry chicken with roasted green apples, red pears, sweet potato, and sweet red onion. The fruit is marinated in a sauce that has Canadian spiced whiskey, coconut milk, and butter..plus a few secret ingredients. Needless to say….the house smells heavenly.
Blasting Otis Redding radio, singing, cooking, cleaning, and wrapping presents. I don’t need a man to be a housewife.
Sydney is bringing a puppy home. I’m going to yoga tonight.
I miss a few people that make my heart happy, but life is great.
